Der ursprünglich englische Begriff “Human Capital” in den Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften wird und wurde oft mit “Humankapital” übersetzt. Dies führt aber zu einem völlig anderen Schwerpunkt in der Bedeutung, was in den vergangenen Jahren zu Missverständnissen geführt hat. Dabei scheinen alle Beteiligten das selbe Ziel zu haben: Die Wertschätzung des Mitarbeiters im Unternehmen.
